Evening Yoga and Meditation

Yoga for 1 hour followed by always free Guided Relaxation and Heartfulness meditation.  These Yoga classes are based on traditional methods including breath work for balancing the mind, improving focus, and increasing relaxation. Yoga postures will be included for developing balance in the body, strength, limberness and confidence. We’ll top off with Heartfulness relaxation techniques and meditation to lift the spirit and bring inner peace. 

Classes are open to any level practitioner. These classes are taught by Vincent RYT 200. If you have questions about the class, text Vincent at 937-205-4626.

COST: First class is free. Ongoing classes are a suggested donation of $12 drop in or $40 for 4 classes with a portion of the proceeds going to the Heartfulness Center to continue providing inspiring meditation programs.
